outpatient ultrasound

Elemental Pet Vets now offers abdominal ultrasounds Monday through Friday! This service is separate from ultrasound examinations performed by Dr. Koch (when he offers Internal Medicine consults at EPV). Ultrasound examinations will be performed by Dr. Mandujano. All outpatient ultrasound studies will be sent out to be interpreted by a board-certified radiologist, and the report will be provided to the veterinary clinic requesting the ultrasound. This is an imaging service only. This means that a referring veterinarian can request an outpatient ultrasound for a patient, we will perform the ultrasound and send the radiologist’s report to the referring veterinarian so that their hospital can use the information for case management.
