Elemental Pet Vets (EPV) offers surgical services, specifically neurosurgery and TPLO surgery. To meet the most pressing needs of the pet owning and veterinary referral community in Freeville and surrounding areas EPV is focusing initially on cranial cruciate ligament injuries, in addition to neurosurgery. Elemental Pet Vets provides tibial plateau leveling osteotomy (TPLO) surgery for medium-sized to larger dog breeds. We have created a canine stifle (knee) center by integrating our numerous modalities of pain management and post-operative rehabilitation with surgery to ensure the most optimal outcomes for our patients.

Dr. Curtis Dewey is a board-certified surgeon, in addition to being a board-certified neurologist. He performs TPLO surgeries with the assistance of his friend and colleague Dr. Kei Hayashi (consultant), who is a world-renowned expert in small animal orthopedic surgery.
