For after-hours emergency service we have partnered with VetTriage to offer video telehealth services. The VetTriage veterinarians are available 24/7 and will assess your pet on a live video chat for a fee to determine if your pet requires simple monitoring at home or emergency care. In the event of an neurologic emergency, they will give advice and coordinate to have you seen when the clinic is open. For all other emergencies, they will recommend local emergency hospitals.
You will have a live video chat on your computer, tablet, or mobile device. Please be aware that there is a fee for this service. The VetTriage veterinarian will be the one to determine the next steps for your pet. If you do not have internet access, please call the phone number under the VetTriage link on our website or press 2 to pay over the phone and be connected to a VetTriage veterinarian

Please be advised that there will be a $75.00 cancellation/no show fee imposed on all cancellations made less than 48 hours of a scheduled appointment. We know that this may seem like a very expensive penalty; however, please understand that by not showing up and leaving an empty spot on the schedule, you are taking up an appointment time that another patient on our waiting list could have benefitted from. If you are out of any medications and require a same day medication refill, there will be a rush fee in order to process it the same day. Thank you very much for your understanding.
